Flower Care & Guarantee Policy
We guarantee the freshness of our flowers for 24 hours from the time they leave our shop.
Please note that because flowers are natural products, some blooms may open fully while others may not. This is a natural variation.
To help your flowers last longer:
For cut flowers: Trim the stems by 1 inch every 2–3 days and place them in fresh water.
For arrangements in wet foam: Add 1 cup of water to the foam every couple of days to keep the flowers hydrated.
After 24 hours from leaving the shop, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to care for the flowers properly.
