Photos show the overall style and theme of each arrangement. Some flowers or vases may vary due to seasonality, weather, or availability. If substitutions are necessary, we will maintain the design’s style, color palette, and value.

Flower Care & Guarantee
We guarantee flower freshness for 24 hours after leaving our shop.
Care Tips:
Cut flowers: Trim stems and change water every 2–3 days.
Foam arrangements: Add about 1 cup of water every couple of days.
After 24 hours, proper care is the customer’s responsibility.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

It was a seamless experience ordering the flowers online. The delivery was on time and the flowers were just as I ordered. However, being the one who ordered, I should have been the one to call about estimated delivery times rather than calling the person who was supposed to be surprised by the flowers.
